However, if you find yourself in that stage of life, it is great to have a compassionate, smart and competent advisor by your side. Ralf Santoro is just that person. He has not only helped me with the techni...calities of my divorce but he as also given me strategies on how to handle my thought process, emotions, and my expectations. Moreover, he helped me become a better communicator which is key in this process. I highly recommend Ralf Santoro to anybody who needs help or just a great resource in the divorce process.

I retained Ralph a few months ago when my separation was just getting underway. He gave me phenomenal advice, guidance and counsel through that difficult patch, which ultimately is now leading to divorce. Ralph didn't push me in this direction, in fact it was just the opposite... but, ultimately, I d...idn't have a choice in the matter. And with Ralph's help, I was as prepared as I could be for the ensuing settlement negotiations. He is sharp, insightful and extremely knowledgable about the intricacies of family law in California. I can't recommend Ralph highly enough. He's been a silver lining in an otherwise utterly draining experience.

I hope you are reading this review before you consider selecting Schoenberg to represent you. Unfortunately, I did not see all these negative reviews until it was too late. When I first met with Debra and she was very empathetic, appeared to be competent and had some creative ideas for me to consid...er. I paid the $7,500 retainer and that was the last time Debra helped me; I was handed off to Ralph Santoro. Seven months and $18,000 later my situation had not been advanced in the least. When I finally complained to Debra, I got a quick 3-page CYA letter from Ralph which I thought even Debra would find offensive and totally lacking in customer service. I immediately fired them and cut my losses. There was no attempt to retain me as a client or an apology for it not working out. As with other reviewers, this firm is unscrupulous and preys on you once they have you hooked by the amount you have invested with them. Hiring this firm was the biggest and most costly mistake I have ever made. My new lawyer did infinitely more in the first two hours with him than Debra and Ralph did in 7 months. Don’t let them take advantage of you. Run fast; don’t walk, as you can away from this evil, soulless firm.
