I followed my previous Attorney thinking it will be in my best interest because she knew my case, that was one of many bad choices I m...ade. I was on the verge of loosing my house because my ex was not signing quitclaim. Joyce quickly filed for a Ex-parte hearing and was able to file a motion for the clerk to sign in the place of my ex to save my house from foreclousure. My loan modification was approved. I hired Joyce and she did in thirty days, what the other Attorney could not do in almost two years. Joyce, Stacey , and "Sunshine" made me feel confident that all my needs and wants would be met. Joyce has fought for me in court to get me what I deserve. I have the feeling of security when going to court, Joyce does everything for me, there is no need for me to talk unless the Judge directly addresses me. Saving my home for my boys and I took a load off of my shoulder. I love interacting with the staff at the law firm, the warm welcoming feeling in the office. The bad reviews for posted have to be from on the opposite side of Joyce, the attorney Melissa R and MKE. described is not the Attorney I know. Joyce Holcombe is all talk. She doesn’t have biological children of her own; therefore, she’ll side with the opposing party to get custody. She’ll bring up her dislike for her adult stepchildren from her 80 yr old husband. She does not listen nor fight for her Clients after charging $450.00 an hour! ...Do not waste your money.

She wont take your... case seriously and learn the details, you won't get documents pertinent to your case until too late, she shows up unprepared, She tells you fluff and then drops the ball in front of the judge.
