I enjoy the active practice of law in New Hampshire since 1979 & in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia since 1985. My experience has been principally in a variety of litigation applications which has included criminal, civil, probate, domestic matters, state administrative cases, corporations and entity formation, real estate transactions, wills, bankruptcy and practice at the federal level.
I reside locally and am a certified football official, certified diving instructor and have been a High School football coach and university & college instructor.
On 31 March 2024 I have retired from the practice of law in all jurisdictions.
