Philip Anthony Cala

Phill is one of the worst attorneys I have had. He will tell you what you want to hear at consultation. Once he has your money you will get " The laws are very clear on this matter and if I told you something different I am sorry" Once you retain him no one else will talk to you so you are stuck with... him. Don't do it!

Philip Cala is overly expensive and his services are way less than desirable. I am extremlely stressed out because of his services. You would be better off getting a free public defender. Yeah, he is well known in Jamestown, NY but he is always too busy to help you, even if you pay him. He makes you ...feel like his time is too precious to talk to him, even after you have paid him. $2,000 retainer and to tell you the truth, you would be better off representing yourself. An easy case for family court seems like I am going through a sales/possesion or murder case. I expected way better from someone so sought after in this area. I could go on and on, but I really want it to be known, Philip Cala is not someone you would want to represent you, because he does not do what he is paid for...I guess not becoming judge like he wanted to make him think he don't have to handle individual cases with the utmost respect and care. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
