Smart and helpful

He talked me out of hiring him for bankruptcy
This man is honest. I met with him to file a bankruptcy and he explained to me why it was not the right option for my circumstances. He spent an hour giving me advice about how to my financial debt without hiring him. Not many like this lawyer.

Nice person, but not the best for probate
He is an incredibly nice and personable guy, but I recommend not hiring him for probate/estate. He had to do a lot of research on probate issues and was slow getting back with me. Honest Lawyer
He's as honest as the day is long. Told me right up front what my chances were in my case and didn't sugarcoat anything. So happy I hired him. My husband got completely ripped off by his attorney. Emmons is one of the good guys.
