I needed my wills done before taking a trip abroad the next day (I was reminded by my travel agency at the last minute). I called this law office and they got my wills done and delivered to me in person the next day (3 hours before my taking off time). this attorney never calls back, an office worker "Tom" always answser's the phone saying Attorney Peter isn't in today nor is "Brian" (must be the Paralegal) Tom reply is always it's my understanding the paperwork is being processed, this has been going on for over 2 years, it's a simple case and thi...nk this Attorney is incapable of handling it, it just filing paperwork the proper legal way,I think this Atttorney is in it for the initial up front payment then drags the case out forever till the client gets so fustraded they just drop the case or hire another Attorney, it's over 2 years and still waiting.. i think it's time to contact the NJ Bar to file a complaint. email me before you consider using this attorney.. While yes it is hard to get a hold of Peter Cook, and yes a phone call or 2 was not returned, People This lawyer was able to do something EVERY OTHER LAWYER told me I wouldnt be able to remove this situation from my record..... my dealings with Mr. Cook lasted 2 years, but with every turn of the case... he handled the business at hand and the results speak for themself! I recommend this lawyer with pleasure....
