This attorney required a few just to work on the case, I gave him most of the money up front. Little did I know that he nor his staff would contact me. He promised decent results to swindle his way into my life. He never setup the appointment he said he would prior to me moving. When it came time to ...pay again I did not. Why would I pay someone who did not contact me in anyway. Finally I was outraged and emailed him asking for an explanation. He gave me a typical response and even lied that a staff member called and left a message. Funny thing with smart phones is messages get delivered asap and even if you delete them they go to trash. Nothing was ever there. Proof of his lies. In the same email he said he'd issue a refund. None was given. In this same email he said he'd return my file, none was sent. I wrote a review where I found him on legalmatch, he deleted it. Wrote another, he deleted it. Wrote another he deleted it. Finally I contacted the BBB and I wish I saved the emails but they didn't do anything, it was a painful process. After this I went back to the site, of course he comments (new design, option for lawyers I presume) that I never paid and was a bad client. I do have all documents proving this review should this site like to see them please notify me prior to deleting. Thank you
