Notice: My comments about Mr. Paul Aloise’s professional performance and abilities, and the personal characteristics I observed, are only for internal use by the Brooks/ LaBoeaf, Attorneys at Law firm. My name, title, academic background and institutional affiliation, words, and comments may not be u...sed for any purpose - whole, in part, or in any in any form - without prior formal notification, discussion, and my expressed permission. Since my motion was granted yesterday by a Judge Miller, Family Court, my opinions of Mr. Aloise’s performance as my legal representative are somewhat tainted with my sense of relief, elation, and, thus, the potential for a “halo effect” bias. Nevertheless, even I had not prevailed in my claims, I would report the following observations and experiences after working with him on my case over the last couple of months: Adaptability – He focused laser-like attention on the execution of his duties, refinement of questions and issues, my goals and expected outcomes, but was always receptive to and investigated ideas, information potential approaches to my case and questions. Accessibility and Advocacy – He understood he was “the face” of my case and legal to his peers, consultants, staff and acted as a conduit and link to the court and judge assigned to my case. He maintained a welcoming attitude and an “open-door policy” to face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, texts, and email communications with me. I also think he acted ethically, with benevolence, and informed legal judgment. Authenticity – He demonstrated a “hard work” ethic with a firm commitment to me, and my emotional and informational support needs. He recognized the need for us together to embrace resilience and flexibility in a complex and ambiguous legal-human environment. And he accepted that he was expected to be a steadfast icon of expertise and dependability. He demonstrated his enthusiasm for the practice of law and, I felt, a genuine interest in me as a person. In short, although comparatively young in his professional career at the bar, and at Brooks/ LaBoeaf, I feel strongly that Mr. Aloise is an asset to his current firm and has the makings of an excellent criminal law attorney. I would refer others to him unequivocally and without reservation.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Attorney Paul Aloise, is one of the, if not the, hardest working attorneys I know. He never turns it off, and that means his clients always have an attorney that's working 24/7. Late nights and weekends, he's taking calls, addressing his client's needs, and solving problems. It would be enough to stop there, but he's also a true litigator. Fierce in the court room, which leads to great results for his clients. A great example for the legal practice."

"I worked with Paul at the Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, FL. I can personally attest that he is an incredible advocate. His natural charisma carries over well into the courtroom, which is extremely useful during trial. He is great at critical thinking on his feet and getting the job done. I endorse Paul Aloise 100% - you won't be disappointed."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Paul is an awesome attorney. He cut his teeth as a prosecutor in Palm Beach, there, he was smart intelligent and compassionate. As a defense attorney no doubt he brings those same traits. I've seen really early on what he can do in a courtroom, and he is fearless."
