very satisfied

Patrick made the bankruptcy process for me smooth and stress free. He set my mind at ease answering every question or concern and gave me all my options up front. I felt he was very genuine and concerned with the option that was best for me. He made a difficult situation managable for me.

Great attorney that actually cares

This is a bankruptcy attorney that sees you as a person, not just a chapter 7 or 13. Pat really cares about his clietns and meets with them to make sure that bankruptcy is the right choice. Some bankruptcy attorneys just try to push you into a 7 or 13. This law firm is more concerned about getting... you back on track and helping you rebuild your credit. I would recommend my family and friends to Pat McMahon without a moments hesitation.

The Clarence Darrow of the bankruptcy court

I can't say enough about the work Patrick did for me. Going through bankruptcy is difficult enough. You feel like a failure and you feel like there is nowhere to turn. Patrick is a funny and cheerful individual. He doesn't judge. He makes you feel comfortable, goes over your situation with you and ex...plains how things will proceed from there. I checked out several other attorneys before settling on Patrick and I'm glad I did. He got me a great deal with the bankruptcy court, kept me informed and either answered my calls or returned them quickly. Seriously, I could not be happier with the way he handled our case, and I would recommend him highly to anyone going through this kind of case.

First rate character and legal advice

Pat McMahon provided me with sound advice and very professional guidance in a difficult situation. I felt immediately comfortable at our first meeting. I was very impressed with his excellent handling of my issue and with the outcome he was able to finalize. He was right on top of everything that n...eeded to be addressed. During my court appearance it was completely clear that he had thought ahead to make sure we had covered all the potential questions and issues. Most of the other people at the same hearing for the same reason didn't have the smooth sailing we had. This was because of Pat's abilities and his preparation with / for me ahead of time. I would definitely use his services again as needed.
