When I first made contact with this firm and spoke with Patrick regarding my legal matter, he certainly sold me into better results than what was finally yielded. I advised Patrick of the points that i found to be undoubtedly dismissable or at least arguable in my favor. Patrick agreed that my po...ints were valid. He had me believe that him and his partner, were going to watch the video surveillance of the event and review all the evidence; he even had me come into the office to mark-up the supporting documentation from authorities that had incorrect data or disputable descriptions of the event. It seems that the aforementioned efforts, to invalidate false statements or suppress evidence as necessary, were practically ignored. Regardless of what was or was not done with the statements and evidence, the resolution of the case is clearly undesirable and not permissible. Patrick and his partner, both handling the case, counseled me into agreeing to the court's conditions that are humanly impossible given my physical disabilities & handicappedness. Before the resolution of the case, Patrick and his partner were made well aware of my physical and mental disabilities; his firm was handling my personal injury case, as well, which involved my traumatic brain injuries, skull fracture and spinal damage. All of the injuries from the personal injury case, leading to disabilities, were ignored by Patrick and his partner, when resolving the original case containing conditions that require physical abilities I do not have.

I just wanted to take a brief moment to express my gratitude to Mr. Eaton. Being my first time needing the services of a lawyer, the process can be rather daunting to the average person. Mr. Eaton from day one to the present has not only been professional, competent, and informative; but also underst...anding, confident, and a comforting voice for the uncharted waters I find myself in. Part one of my particular case involved an ALR hearing (something I know nothing about). I called Mr. Eaton roughly once a week to stay in touch and check in on any progress. He was always available to speak with and answered all of my layman questions and concerns. Recently, I received a phone call from Mr. Eaton informing me that he had won my ALR hearing and basically saving me from having my license suspended and/or fined.
