I have had a number of occasions to engage in professional matters with Patricia Linville whether as opposing counsel in litigation or to observe her representing clients in mediation/arbitration sessions facilitated by me. There was never a question that what she represented or proposed was trustwo...rthy, well grounded in the law and was intended to fully and faithfully put forth and support her client's position. When disclosures were required they were promptly and completely provided. I have no hesitation in giving her the highest recommendation.

We hired Patricia to help our son in his divorce. While appearing to help, judged by what she charged, nothing of any practical importance was accomplished. Then after it was apparent her work was of little help she quit without telling us even though we had hired her. She quit less than a month befo...re the final court hearing where there were requirements of needed action 60 days before the hearing. Now our son is trying to get a continuance so he can complete the needed work. The work we expected our attorney to do.
