Quick and Efficient

Went for a divorce decree, they walked me through the process quickly and handled all the paperwork for me and my spouse. Clean and simple, did all the coordination between us while we were living in different areas. Would recommend for a relatively painless process!

Not one unnecessary move.

My specific divorce was, on paper, very simple. Very little in the way of assets, which were already split accordingly by the time of determining Equitable Distribution. Tensions caused things to be drawn out a little more than they probably should have been, which was recognized by Mrs. Quigley earl...y on. She understood that I was a client of aforementioned few assets, and she guided me through the PA Family Court proceedings step by step without the slightest bit of wasted motion. Everything for my case was accomplished with surprising strategic success, always with my best interests (in and out of the courtroom) in mind. Divorces are not supposed to be easy, but Shauna Quigley, Esq. is the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Highly recommended.

Top Notch

When I was facing a Divorce I didn't know where to turn or even where to start but then I found Shauna. She was there by my side fighting for me every step of the way and in the end got me everything I deserved.

A family lawyer attorney you can trust!

When I first contacted and spoke with Ms. Quigley, I did not know in which direction to turn. We met and she helped me figure out what ways I could go regarding my "separation." I would not recommend getting advice from your friends. Going to an attorney who listens and understands what steps are ...needed was the best way for me to go forward in starting my divorce action.
