I have known Atty. Slocum for a few years and used his expertise on a few occasions for personal situations. He has always been extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He really knows the law. I am lucky to have used him as he helped me out a great deal.

I recently bought a business with several of my colleagues. I'm a blue collar business person so I needed help. I hired the Slocum Firm to execute the entire buyout. It was very complex because of multiple owners buying and multiple owners selling plus we were purchasing multiple businesses. This deal was really complex. They smoothed out all the wrinkles of the entire deal. Gave us great advice and protected our interest all the way through. Did an amazing job. Matt Is the best lawyer I've ever come across I wish I had him on cases in the past I have had back surgery 4 times. three times I was hit from behind in an automobile this guy knew exactly what to do when I met him the case went very smooth every time I called his office they were very professional in everything they did i would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone that I come across also his office assistant Sarah was very pleasant to work with I love this man and this firm I will always use them as my lawyer

I was referred to The Slocum Firm after asking around for a good malpractice lawyer. I made the phone call and I meeting was set up immediately. Walking into any lawyers office can be overwhelming especially when you don't know what to expect but I never got that feeling, I was greeted by his secretary and wife and we were all on a first name basis within the first five minutes of meeting them. throughout the whole process every phone call was returned I believe he called me from Puerto Rico because I left a message on his machine. He is very professional and doesnt throw any punches. He is very good at keeping you updated as your case is proceeding.
