Lindsay started the Law Office of Lindsay M. Palmer after representing clients at the Defender Association of Philadelphia for nearly three years. There, she advocated for indigent clients charged with a wide range of criminal offenses. While in school, Lindsay had the opportunity to practice law via judicial clerkships, legal internships and practical clinics. She conducted preliminary hearings for the Delaware County Office of the District Attorney, helped clients keep their homes through Villanova University's Civil Justice Clinic and helped individuals seeking refuge obtain citizenship and state aid. After her first year of law school, Lindsay studied international criminal law in The Hague where she attended seminars conducted by United States diplomats and attended trials for those charged with human trafficking and crimes against humanity. In addition, she served as a law clerk former President Judge of Delaware County, the Honorable Joseph P. Cronin.

Family matters are among the most important issues that individuals face. Many are under the false impression that an attorney isn't necessary in family court. In turn, they are left without guidance regarding issues that impact their lives significantly. You should not attempt to face cases of domestic abuse, custody, dependency or divorce on your own.
