I am a litigator with twenty years of experience covering many areas of the law, ranging from commercial disputes and products liability defense, to appellate writing, and plaintiffs’ prosecution of civil rights actions and class actions under a wide-variety of state and federal statutes.  This wide base of knowledge allows me to “get up to speed” in new matters efficiently and also to appreciate the nuances in differing factual scenarios.  My experience also covers all of the procedural points of litigation, from drafting complaints and answers, to drafting motions in limine.  My research is efficient and succinct, and my writing is persuasive.  I am personable, responsive, flexible and organized.
