Frank Vito

Frank was beyond helpful and patient with me. My company is set up as an S Corp, and a couple of our shareholders wanted to sell their shares. I didn't know where to start and got linked up with Frank. He explained exactly how the process would work, and I could tell by the way he calmly laid everyth...ing out that he knew what he was talking about.
