Frank Vito

Frank was beyond helpful and patient with me. My company is set up as an S Corp, and a couple of our shareholders wanted to sell their shares. I didn't know where to start and got linked up with Frank. He explained exactly how the process would work, and I could tell by the way he calmly laid everyth...ing out that he knew what he was talking about. It gave me so much peace of mind to know we were in such good hands. There was a lot of back and forth that had to happen between the shareholders (during this whole global pandemic thing) and Frank was very patient. He checked in regularly, and never made me feel like I was holding him up when we weren't ready just yet. Once I got him all the pertinent info, he got us our documents in a timely fashion. Throughout the process, I felt respected and heard. Frank often asked if there was anything else he could help with or any other questions I had. Highly recommend working with him.
