My mission is to provide appellate and other written and oral advocacy, superior in quality and value, for clients and/or their lead counsel throughout Ohio.

My ten years of private practice at Thompson Hine and Buckingham Doolittle were devoted to civil litigation. I first-chaired trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings; supervised and trained junior attorneys and paralegals; evaluated claims; advised in-house counsel; developed litigation and business-solution strategies; negotiated settlements; negotiated and drafted contracts; and researched and drafted legal briefs.  My cases included:

I am admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Ohio.  I have represented clients in trials, appeals, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. I have appeared in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Ohio, in five of Ohio’s 13 appellate courts and trial courts in at least 17 of Ohio’s 88 counties and two other states.  For details, visit .
