Julie Sue Mills

My law practice extends to clients in central and northeast Ohio--Columbus, Canton Akron and Cleveland.  For federal matters, I counsel and represent clients nationwide.  I enjoy practicing law, mostly in getting to know my clients and their needs, and guiding people through the "law" part of reaching their goals.

My work focuses on:

• Estate planning for families who want to provide for loved ones, including wills, trusts, and special needs and pet estate planning;
• Supporting the charitable mission of people who want to form a tax exempt nonprofit;
• Providing the corporate structure and business processes to enable entrepreneurs to focus on doing what they love to do;
• Guiding families through the restructuring of their lives through divorce, dissolution; and
• Providing the many tools necessary for families with disabled loved ones to plan for their future, navigate the special education process, and work through issues of visitation complicated by disability, and child support payments that can jeopardize benefits. 

When I'm not working I can be found promoting Small Business Week, developing seminars on special education and special needs planning, volunteering with animal rescues and other charities, and writing for my blog.
