He came to us highly recommended. He was awful . Where do I begin? His para did everything. It took multiple phone calls and emails to even get the para to get back to us. Day of our trial- ( which he rescheduled because HE overbooked himself- he showed up over 1/2 hour late!!!) Bad way to start- was... totally unprepared! Not apologetic about it. Arrogant .tried blaming his para for not having his docs ready- when we drove to office a few days earlier and confirmed they had everything.. we did all the leg work! We would have had a favorable decision that day had he been prepared! Even the judge admonished him! Due to his unpreparedness- the case was delayed several months and I didn’t get a decision for a few months after!! Never recommend him!!

Throughout the time Mr. Ball was representing me it was very difficult to talk to him. I have been trying to get in contact with him for weeks but he was never there, and he would not call me back either despite the fact how urgent the call was. He is also a very rude man. Few times he yelled at me ...just because I asked him a question concerning my case. Once even people in the waiting area in the court felt disgusted after they heard the way he "talked" to me. I prayed when I had to see him in court that he could express himself towards me without anger and not being obnoxious. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and undiplomatic. Mr. Ball would also come to hearings totally unprepared, which got the judge upset and also had negative outcome on my case. Overall, my experience with this lawyer was horrible. I wish I knew someone who used his services before that would save me from retaining him.
