My family hired Richard Ellsworth to handle our legal issues concerning the property that we renovated and rented out. When the tenants stopped paying rent, Mr. Ellsworth promised my family that they would be evicted, and we would be compensated for the overdue rent fees. While Mr. Ellsworth did put... forth some effort, he never came through on his legal promises. Even after he made specific promises directly to me, he continued on with his deception and dishonesty. A problem that should have been solved eight years ago is still unresolved and being ignored due to Richard Ellsworth’s deceitful and insidious nature Hopefully this review will encourage Mr. Ellsworth to make things right.

Mr. Ellsworth has represented my daughter on a number of Motor Vehicle infractions and he performed with efficiency and competence. My daughter's record ended clean with no points. He was communicative throughout the ordeal and my daughter did not even have to appear in court as Mr.Ellsworth took car...e of all court matters. His fees were extremely resonable. Currently, He is working on a real estate transaction on my behalf and again I find him competent and communicative.

I assure you that I would not leave the very negative review below, except to save others the inconvenience and frustration I experienced with Mr. Ellsworth. I do not do this lightly, as I know it may possibly effect someone's livelihood. Mr Ellsworth was incredibly uncommunicative and nonresponsi...ve. He handled two transactions that should have been simple for me and did them both badly (one I had to hire another attorney to redo and the second I should have, but he'd already charged so much I stayed with him). Was also very uncommunicative and non-responsive. I do not think he is dishonest, just arrogance, a very poor communicator, and incompetent. I'm posting my review anonymously, as I wouldn't be surprised if he is vindictive.
