Mr. Borrell handled my Condo purchase contract. I paid a down payment to the seller lawyer. The down payment was restituted back in a check that was mailed to Mr Borrel office. Mr. Borrell intended to directly deduct the fees he claimed are due to him. He wanted to make me sign the check so he can pu...t it in his trust. I did not sign the check. He bullied me in his office saying;” I am complaining about everybody and they will fire me”. He was referring to my employer. His office failed to represent me in a criminal matter, therefore I lost my job and could not complete the purchase of the Condo. Mr Borrel and his office offered a poor legal advice and service to me despite the high fees they were charging.
