Drawing upon 25 years of complex commercial, civil and criminal litigation (1983-2005) as well as arbitrations and mediations (2000-05), firm represents individuals and corporations as Settlement Counsel in litigation, and in mediations and arbitrations. Firm accepts only mediations and arbitrations that do not conflict with Donna Chin's status as FINRA arbitrator.

Firm accepts appeals from individuals and counsel, for New Jersey and New York state courts.

Following decades of extensive criminal, and then civil and complex commercial litigation in New York, New Jersey, and federal courts, firm now accepts only select litigation matters. Firm accepts custody, visitation and attorney for child matters in New York.
