Not a used car salesmen just honesty.

Very helpful, thorough...
He first and foremost did an excellent job of explaining everything so I could understand the process. In doing that, he calmed my fears. Then on the day of the appearance, he did a great job of CALMING me emotionally. He is encouraging, empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable.
