Antonia Pia Cipollone

am sharing my concerns regarding Antonia Pia Cipollone, Esq., and her role in the Ninth Judicial District Grievance Committee. My concern is whether serious allegations of attorney misconduct are being properly evaluated under the Rules of Professional Conduct. I believe complaints involving confiden...tiality, attorney-client obligations, retainer agreements, and other professional duties should not simply be dismissed without addressing the specific ethical issues raised. The public depends on grievance committees to provide independent oversight and protect clients from attorney misconduct. Based on my experience and the concerns I have documented, I believe Ms. Cipollone’s handling of these matters deserves independent review and public scrutiny.
