I recently hired Alex's services (again) to represent the sale of a co-op. I appreciate the fact that Alex have all the process in-place the moment the deal sheet was issued. Most of my communications are through email, which was sufficient given my busy schedule.

Alex handled my closing for a co-op I sold in Brooklyn. While we had never met in person, we did correspond frequently via phone conversations and emails. He was extremely accommodating, explained everything, worked on my behalf when I needed assistance with something, and always made himself availab...le, even after hours. We met at closing and he was very personable and quite efficient and helpful, explaining everything that was taking place. I felt like I knew him already. I highly recommend him.
