Biography
After 38 years of practicing law, I have retired and closed my office effective July 15, 2021. It has been my pleasure and honor to have assisted so many people and families in Solano, Napa, and Contra Costa Counties. I sincerely appreciate the trust clients placed in me and my firm. I was blessed to have two marvelous people working with me - paralegal Maria G. Peterson and administrator Allison K. Frost. It was also gratifying to work with so many talented, wonderful people in the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce, Vallejo Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee, Rotary Club of Vallejo, Vallejo Education and Business Alliance Foundation, and Vallejo Veterans Memorial Building Council, to support and improve our community.

Frost is the reason that there are lawyer jokes out there. He had me sign a poorly written order that ended up having me need to find a new lawyer to fix his mistakes. He is practically impossible to get a hold of and when he is available he rounds all the time up in order to charge more. He worked f...
