I find this prosecuting attorney to not maintain his word to me in court. I know that he only considers my future to be only a statistic. He grossly took my case Ito extreme measures without even completely investigating my past. He requested me to task I complied. HIS words in court if I passed... my ua's I would receive probation. Instead comes back with IPS telling me that is a form of probation. I might add I PASSED ALL OF MY UA'S and have not missed a court date and have been complying with pre trial services for about 18 months. My case isn't even a drug case. I DID it to comply with the courts and he deceived me. In my opinion if he is responding to defendants like this who knows how he is handling other cases in Maricopa County. I thought prosecutors had ethical codes of conduct. I'm not saying I didn't make a mistake but I believe no one should be treated like a statistic. I do not recommend this man to represent you only because he has made statements that are false and completely hurtful about me. That tells me he doesn't have a clue about what our justice system is supposed to be about, which is REHIBILITATION. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM AT THIS POINT. I sign a human being and deserve the legal system to also protect me from being a static.
