Awful
Standing in front of the judge, after meeting with my husband and his attorney, the judge said, “you’ve agreed to all of this?” I was pulling on Bill’s jacket, saying “we didn’t agree to that!” and he said, “we’ll take care of it later!” Of course, there WAS no ‘later’! I couldn’t file ethics char...

He lost our house and bungled the contract
His gross over reach in his addendum to our original contract of sale caused the sellers to cancel the sale . His advice was overly aggressive and we ended up losing our dream house. I wish we never used him .

My review is as a result of an extremely poor experience with Bill Sragow and his assistant Billie Jean Guaracino, who damaged my short sale to the max. Horrid legal counsel, his assistant is the most bizarre individual, completely inept at her job. Best advice - stay away from this attorney ...
