William G Sanchez

My mother used William Sanchez for a house closing in NJ and he was an absolute disaster. Key parts of the closing did not end up in writing in the actual closing documents because in his words "I forgot". Trying to keep on top of the documents that were handed through the office (other documents wer...e mysteriously not received), he screamed over the phone saying that "I am a very busy man" when called to ask if the documents were received. I understand that lawyers do have a very stressful job, but yelling at clients and "forgetting" to add terms to a legal document are NOT acceptable. There is no excuse for treating a client in that manner no matter how stressful ones day is. It was also very difficult to get in contact with Mr. Sanchez and calls would go unreturned at critical times for days. We even had to physically stop by his office multiple times to try and get in contact with him with no avail. We did complete the house closing with Mr. Sanchez due to time constraints and not wanting to delay our closing date, but warn anybody looking for lawyers and advise them to look elsewhere.
