I had contacted and consulted with Mr Oliver for his initial free consultation. At the end of the free consultation I thought that I was going to move forward with his services and he talked me into leaving a deposit of 1000$ . Within a few days i contacted him and I told him I decided to move in ...a different direction and I asked if I can have my deposit back minus a few hundred for his initial time. He refused to give my my deposit and I ended up not using him. He did not move forward or do anything else to deserve keeping the money. I would seriously think twice about using him or leaving a deposit.

Mr. Oliver was a lifesaver in reference to helping me understand and calming my anxieties in reference to filing for bankruptcy. Anyone who has gone through this knows how stressful it is to go through each stage in the bankruptcy process, and yes I called the office many times to seek clarification.... Not only did Mr. Oliver, but also the office employees were available when needed;especially when some unscrupulous companies still tried to seek money when this was totally illegal. I would definitely recommend Mr. Oliver for issues such as the ones mentioned.

Mr.Oa1liver said that my home wouldn’t wouldn’t be on the chapter 7 bankruptcy. Checking my credit report it came up on my credit report.I never missed a payment or was late.The first thing I said to mr.Oliver is not to include my home on the bankruptcy and he said he wouldn’t.I have called the offic...e and no one is returning my phone call.The mortgage company don’t report to the 3 credit agencies because they say it’s in bankruptcy.I never missed a payment or been late.The mortgage company says There’s nothing they can do about it it’s Mr.Oliver is responsible for this problem and the bank can take over if I don’t make the payments and I will get nothing if I try to sell.So l have to make payments and own the house.Thank you Mr.Oliver.

We tried to save our home, Whatever you do DON'T USE MR OLIVER. He has church pamplets in his office to act like he is honest, however my situation is worst than it was before we retained him, he made sure he was paid in full before anyone else was paid . We were still owing and are losing the house ...working with this unhonest lawyer. He is unprofessional he doesn't answer your calls and Reception always asks do you want to make a appointment to come in No I don't so he can charge more money. I tried to get a modification on the house they never got the modification and kept charging us. He is the Lawyer from Hell DONT USE HIM YOU WILL LOSE YOU HOUSE AND CARS BUT HE WILL BE PAID IN FULL RUN DONT USE HIM
