I hired Wm Oliver to file bankruptcy. I was not comfortable with the idea but found myself in a position that I didn’t think I had any other choice. But he showed me copies of passages in THE BIBLE where it states it’s OK to dissolve debts after 7 years.... I paid him in full. My father passed away ...and I received a small inheritance. He told me I could no longer file bankruptcy but encouraged me to buy a mobile home with the money. I asked for a refund of some sort; didn’t expect a full refund as paperwork and time had been invested but the petition had never been filed and he nor I ever set foot in court. I’ve never gotten any monetary refund of any kind and he’s never returned my calls. I was very uncomfortable during our second meeting as he sang nursery rhymes during it.

Mr.Oa1liver said that my home wouldn’t wouldn’t be on the chapter 7 bankruptcy. Checking my credit report it came up on my credit report.I never missed a payment or was late.The first thing I said to mr.Oliver is not to include my home on the bankruptcy and he said he wouldn’t.I have called the offic...e and no one is returning my phone call.The mortgage company don’t report to the 3 credit agencies because they say it’s in bankruptcy.I never missed a payment or been late.The mortgage company says There’s nothing they can do about it it’s Mr.Oliver is responsible for this problem and the bank can take over if I don’t make the payments and I will get nothing if I try to sell.So l have to make payments and own the house.Thank you Mr.Oliver.

We tried to save our home, Whatever you do DON'T USE MR OLIVER. He has church pamplets in his office to act like he is honest, however my situation is worst than it was before we retained him, he made sure he was paid in full before anyone else was paid . We were still owing and are losing the house ...working with this unhonest lawyer. He is unprofessional he doesn't answer your calls and Reception always asks do you want to make a appointment to come in No I don't so he can charge more money. I tried to get a modification on the house they never got the modification and kept charging us. He is the Lawyer from Hell DONT USE HIM YOU WILL LOSE YOU HOUSE AND CARS BUT HE WILL BE PAID IN FULL RUN DONT USE HIM

This was the worst experience I have had with an attorney in my life. I didn't do my homework on this attorney and now I'll end up paying $910 for barley anything. Bankruptcy is a tough time for anyone with all the questions you have and you put your faith in a professional that you hope has your bes...t interest. He is a very cold person and does not care a bit your circumstances one bit, it's all about that dollar. He tries to fool you by having church literature out but I can't believe he is still able to practice law. Once I became aware of what was going on this is when he will not call you back, won't get on phone and is always busy to answer a question. His staff covers or tries to take care of your concerns as a buffer. After speaking with a new attorney that has made me feel like a person and even explained how Mr. Oliver works is very shady and not many attorneys work like that. I should of went with my gut when I first sat down with Mr. Oliver and he made me feel like I wasn't even there till I gave him the check. Please if your considering him look at his background. Now that I have and see all his dealings with the ethic board it all makes sense now. Good luck with your finances if your considering bankruptcy.
