During my divorce, Mr. Berman never informed me that my ex-wife's attorney suggested to him that we set up a four way conference for us to work on our divorce arrangement. Instead, I found out through my ex-wife about the proposed meeting. So as a result my ex-wife and myself sat down without any of... the lawyers around and worked on our own divorce agreement . Upon hearing the details of the divorce agreement that my ex-wife and myself worked out Mr. Berman stated he didn't like the divorce agreement. Unfortunately Mr. Berman's input no longer counted. From that point Mr. Berman was just used as an expensive clerk and the divorce proceeded very quickly. Poor Mr. Berman, he missed out on charging me more for my divorce. Only if you want to have your divorce drag out unnecessarily so you can pay this lawyer more fees, hire this man. .
