I live in NJ and was being sued by a former employer in MD on a non-compete issue. I tried three times to contact Ms. Leo's firm before someone finally got back to me. I explained that I was being sued in a MD court and I needed advice. They set up a consultation meeting with me. I arrived and f...or 40 minutes all Ms. Leo told me was I needed to seek the advice of a MD attorney since the laws are different there compared to NJ. This "advice" cost me $250. I complained and said that they could have just told me this on the phone and saved me the time and money. All they said is "we wish you well on your case". They knew before I came to their office for a meeting that I was being sued in a MD court and they could not help but they still set up the meeting so they could get $250 out of me.
