BEWARE!!!! PLZ STAY AWAY from this attorney, my recent experience with him for a COOP deal was nothing but an EXORBITANT NIGHTMARE. Highly non-responsive, myriad follow-ups and appalling customer service. He charged me $750 (Attorney fee) for a deal which fell through in between with NO fault of m...ine. Also, he lied to me stating TITLE/LIEN search service is needed by my bank for loan closure and he charged me $685 for it,however, when i confirmed with my bank, it WASN'T necessary. I lost total $1435 for a coop deal which didn't even go through and Mr. Sheldon Margolis was of NO HELP. I feel cheated. I would NEVER EVER recommend him. ***STAY AWAY***

Mr. Margolis handled the selling of a house, and in addition preparing my Last Will and Testament, Trust Papers, modifying the title on other properties. He was perfect. When I questioned an action or thought it should be done differently, Mr. Margolis took the time to discuss and explain the legal p...osition and possible ramifications of doing things differently. He has been around the block many times and his experience is very valuable. He is very friendly, a family man and his interest and decisions are proved to be the very best. After he did much for me, I was very surprised that his fee was much less than I had expected. Being aware that he was such a great person and lawyer, I recommended that a friend also use his services. I attended with my friend. And after a little over an hour of consultation in which Mr. Margolis guided and instructed us and my friend and asked the fee as he had a check in his hand already to pay. Mr. Margolis replied "there is no fee," When your ready come back and we can complete everything for you. Have a nice day." We did return and again the services were perfect.
