Seth Parker

I hired Mr. Parker in March of 2017 to represent me in a child custody/visitation case. I am extremely blessed and grateful I chose Mr. Parker to represent me. My case was opened in September 2016 and I was unhappy with how my case was handled within the six months before I found Mr. Parker. When he ...was assigned to my case, he read all of my documents thoroughly and made sure he knew exactly what I was fighting for: custody/visitation of my five year old daughter. As a father, I knew I had rights but I didn't know how many rights I had. Mr. Parker guided me through the whole process of what he believes I would be able to end with and what is best for me. He stood up for me when things weren't going my way because he knew what I could get in the end. He never stopped fighting for me. Within four months he took over my case, fixed the mess I was in and turned everything around. After two months of attempting to compromise with the other party, we attended the first mediation session. During mediation Mr. Parker knew exactly what he was doing and why we were there. He made sure to incorporate what I want, but also compromise with the other party so they would agree. A draft was written, but not signed which resulted to a second mediation session. In the second mediation session, Mr. Parker and I stood our ground so nothing in the draft would change because he knew I had those rights as a father. A second draft was written and executed in August 2017. I am more than highly satisfied with Mr. Parker. He cared about my case and wanted to make sure in the end I got what I believed I should get. I now have more visitation time with my daughter and joint legal custody. I never thought, as a father, I would have that many rights and in the end get more than what I was asking for. I'm really impressed with how Mr. Parker handled my case and I believe I wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't not hire him to represent me.
