You could say we are fans, and pleased clients. Mr. Woods has served my husband and me well as our attorney over the last 15 years or so. He has represented us in several cases, for example in a conflict with a condominium association, and in matters of real estate, and with a debt matter. Mr. Woo...ds went to bat for us each time ... and either won the case, or helped achieve a settlement that was fair. We are treated so nicely by the office staff, and this year once again, the 1st Holiday card of the season arriving at our house is from Mr. Woods' office.

I was sucked into his supposed reputation of being a bull dog. Unfortunetly it was not well deserved. He was rude and condesending. He seemed to be all about the money and serving his own interest. It was a small amount up front but then when the hook was set- the fees kept going up and up. It wa...s too late to get out. After the case was over (With a loss), numerous other attornies just l shook their head and said he should never have been hired in th first place. He has quite a negative reputation amoung his peers.

This lawyer has been my family lawyer mainly for mortgage purposes and he is the worst. I used him for a DWI case and he was basically NON EXISTENT. He got his pay and that was IT! Not a care in the world. He does not return calls, and is never ever available. There is one lady by the name of Patty w...ho is his secretary...she's nice.Other than that I would never recommend this gentleman. His staff are a bunch of elderly ladies who could care less about clients. Good luck to you if you use this guy! PAY REAL MONEY and get a better attorney!
