Poor Service, Deceptive Billing
Mr. Nish did the minimum amount of work associated with my closing. Communication was poor. I even had to call the title company directly to get the paperwork sorted out. He then proceeded to overcharge for his (lack) services.

Terrible EXPENSIVE service
Did less than the bare minimum - BADLY! Terrible support staff. No follow up, no returned calls, no coordination with other attorney. Many mistakes and poor service resulted in signicant delay in closing and then was charged exorbitant amount for what should have been a quick and simple transaction....
