Robert Devaney

I'm a father, husband, and United States Marine Corps Veteran. I have served alongside my brothers and sisters in uniform defending this country, and now I support them in a different capacity - protecting their legal rights. I frequently represent Military Veterans and First Responders in their family law issues (including but not limited to divorce, alimony, and child support). You earned your rights and benefits - let me help you protect them. I come at these issues with empathy as a peer, having served in the Military myself and having a unique understanding of the challenges that many Veterans and First Responders face.

I also work with school boards and parents with their Special Education matters. Having a child with special needs can be challenging. It's important to ensure that their right to an education is protected and secured. In doing work with both school districts and parents, I have a unique understanding of each perspective, and always aim for and keep the focus on what is best for the student. This can mean different things in different circumstances, and I am careful to work with my clients to develop a unique plan of action that best suits their child's needs in any given case.
