Ray has helped me buy and sell multiple residences, and each time has been very professional and smooth. He keeps you informed and is happy to walk/hand-hold through anything that may be an issue or concern. Most importantly he sticks up for his clients and stands firm but provides sound advice. I've worked with Ray now for two home purchases (one was my first home and the second I'm currently working with him on purchasing a studio apartment). My first experience with Ray was nothing short of excellent. He held my hand through the entire process and was readily available whenever I needed h...im or had a question. When he knew he wouldn't be by his phone or e-mail (which was very rare), he was sure to give me a heads up. I felt like he was more of a father figure - advising me with one of the biggest purchases of my life for the very first time. This isn't easy stuff! Ray made it smooth and actually enjoyable. I'm a very anxious person and can stress pretty easily; I felt calm with Ray on my team. Currently, I'm working with Ray (three years later) to purchase a studio. My feelings about him have not changed. He continues to be present, available, looking out for my best interest, speaks in terms that I can understand, and - again - feels like a father figure. I can't say enough about this man. He's excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Recently helped me purchase a condo. I had to pull information from him throughout the entire process. Rolled forward inspection letters from previous clients and failed to update for my name. Subsequent to the purchase, an issue arose with the unit. This issue related directly to matters covered in ...his inspection letters with the seller's attorney. As a result, I required his assistance to help and/or advise on the best way to proceed. Two emails and two phone messages over the course of 5 days, and no response.
