This attorney never answers the phone,when u need leave him a message,the answering machine picks up and he never responds to the calls..i left him lots of messages and no returned calls was made..he doesnt let u know an update on the case or anything..but then again,when he started the case he want...ed payment right away,which i sure did,he took my money and still hasnt resolved anything on the case..dont hire him please...! I regret ever going to him...

I hired Mr. Weiner to handle a case for me a few years ago. He never contacted me for anything regarding the case. Occasionally I would call (once every 2 months or so) and he was always "away" and a message was left to return my calls. No calls were returned. I am disabled and cannot go to his offic...e personally without family assistance. A family member who works in a law firm sent a letter requesting information for Mr. Weiner and it was never responded to. Eventually she hired another attorney for me and he contacted Mr. Weiner (what luck he was actually there!). He stated he sent me a letter years ago that he couldn't handle the case. We requested that he "re-send" us the letter he claims he sent me. Yet again we never received this phantom letter.He is involved in politics and seems to take on more than he can handle. I strongly recommend staying away from this attorney until he learns to be professional, and to treat his clients like human beings. He considers his clients building blocks for his career and nothing more.
