Asked Mr. Wiener to handle my case, from my experience, the more u call him -> less is getting done. Pay him and leave him alone, let him do his job!!! calling him on a daily bases is not going to help ur case. He will call u himself as soon as he gets an update. If u have some free time and there is... nothing for u to do, stop questioning urself "Maybe I should call my lawyer??? See if there is an update on my case!!!". Call ur family member instead. Cause if there is an update, he will call u back himself. And don't forget to bring ur payment!!! Nothing is going to get done unless u pay upfront. Anybody who think otherwise is just fooling himself.

This attorney never answers the phone,when u need leave him a message,the answering machine picks up and he never responds to the calls..i left him lots of messages and no returned calls was made..he doesnt let u know an update on the case or anything..but then again,when he started the case he want...ed payment right away,which i sure did,he took my money and still hasnt resolved anything on the case..dont hire him please...! I regret ever going to him...
