I would not hire Paul ever again. He handled the purchase and sale transactions we were involved in. While the paperwork aspect was fine. It’s not like anyone stuck items under our noses. But he was condescending to my wife. Treated us extremely unprofessionally. And refused to advocate on our behalf... on many issues. Basically in our walkthrough we found a leak. His response was “why are you calling me with this?” It turned out we were forced to split the repair costs. Then as we moved in we found the House was left in unacceptable condition and terms of our negotiated contract were not met or unsatisfactory. Items left behind, repairs which were obligated either weren’t done at all or incomplete. His response to that “I got you to the close my job is done here”. If you choose him I hope everything goes smoothly and you buy from saints. Because if you need someone to advocate on your behalf, this is not your guy. He’s unprofessional and a sorry excuse of a lawyer.
