Mr. Spina worked with myself and my husband on many business matters as well as a personal matter. Simply put, he is top notch. He is smart, honest and will fight as hard as he can for you. We have dealt with many attorneys over the years but we have never felt as comfortable as we have with Mr. Spin...a representing us. He continually has our best interest at heart and is no nonsense. With every case, when all is said and done, we felt that we could not have had better representation.

His wife Vincenza leonelli-spina got disbarred for misappropriation of funds and works in his office illegally. Patrick Spina has also been repeatedly warned about his wife's online behavior. For at least the last 10 years, Mrs. Spina has been harassing people nonstop. She uses Patrick's law firm to ...get access to her many victims personal information. She then uses it to contact her victim's places of employment, their family members, Their places of worship, child services and so on and so forth. She also took out fake charges on four different people but after the judge heard the cases, he understood that she was not in fact the victim but actually the perpetrator and dismissed every last case. He has been warned numerous times yet fails to either get his wife committed to a mental hospital or at least seen by medical professionals. Steer clear of this office!! I called once, left a message, waited over a week, no call back. I called again and spoke with the Office Manager who is THE MOST ARROGANT, OBNOXIOUS and INSULTING staff of ANY office, business, etc. that I have ever had the horrible misfortune of having taken my ...call in recent memory. He actually had the audacity to repeatedly interrupt me as I tried to spell my last name, which, after over 60 years of experience, I know to be difficult to understand in person, much less over the phone. As soon as I used phonetic words to represent the letters of my last name (e.g., I said, "Tango" for the first letter of my last name "T" because, after years of experience I know that over the phone "T" is easily misunderstood for B,C,D,E,G,P,T,V or Z) he impatiently interrupted me and demanded, ". . . JUST SPELL IT . . . DON'T TAKE YOUR PROBLEM OUT ON ME"! When I tried to explain that my last name is easily misunderstood and misspelled, especially over the phone, before I could even finish that statement he was -again- interrupting me to insist that he was right, knew far better than I and that I was wrong for even attempting to do what I did. As the old saying goes, "like prefers like". Another reviewer's statements found him to be rude and his staff to make flimsy excuses for his lack of prompt interaction with his Clients, I can say that his Office Manager certainly reflect his employer's attitudes. AT THE VERY LEAST this Office Manager should NOT be answering telephones. Again, my advice: STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE !!

Patrick is the most disrespectful person I have ever attempted to do business with. He is arrogant and full of excuses. After our initial consultation I never actually spoke to him again and all I could do is talk to his paralegals who lost my information and made excuses for him not being availab...le.
