Patrick A Ascolese

I was very disappointed, sometimes outraged by the performance of Patrick Ascolese. It had been very difficult to reach him. He never picked the phone to replied to your voice message. Sometimes he did reply the email, but usually took several days. Patrick Ascolese often rushed at last minute eve...n when plenty of time were given. When the deadline was missed again which happened very often, he would find some lame excuses used by high school students. His knowledge in law was also questionable. Even someone like me without any legal trainings, could always spot some mistakes and omissions in the legal documents. If you disagree with him or question his claims, he would become very rude, try to bully you into agreement. Though difficult to reach, some work or communication efforts were unnecessary. Possibly only made to boost billing hours. Anyway, we are very disappointed by Patrick Ascolese and would not recommend him. Politely ask for another one if your case was assigned to him.
