She takes forever to get back to you on important issues. Never answers the phone when you have to discuss things with her. Very poor office contact. She seems to believe the Executor of the will and not the beneficiaries of the will. There are always two sides to a story. When the Executor of the wi...ll is taking things from the house and not telling the beneficiaries and you are telling your Lawyer who dosen't seem to believe you this can be a big problem. Things get taken that you will never get back that have sentimental value. I called her numerous times to tell her things that were missing, taken by the Executor and she didn't seem to care. Did nothing about it. She got paid well though.
