Attorney Yacono was appointed to be the public defender for my 91-year-old father involving a moving vehicle incident and failure to report it. He was honest and straightforward and told my father and me what to expect from the judge in this matter. He advised us very wisely as to how my father shoul...d plea. My father was worried that he might lose his driver's license because of his age, but Attorney Yacono was very reassuring that would not happen and it didn't.
