Maybelle Francisco

Maybelle Francisco is a U.S. immigration attorney licensed in New Jersey. With more than 15 years of experience in immigration, Maybelle is proud to have handled a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations to skilled workers, healthcare and technology employers, as well as families, and marriage-based applicants. She also worked closely with individuals pursuing self-petitions and extraordinary ability pathways.

Throughout her career, she has led high-volume immigration programs, advised employers on compliance and policy, and guided hundreds of applicants through complex U.S. immigration processes. Maybelle's experience spans employment-based and family-based immigration, including visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, E-3, O-1, and J-1; PERM and employment-based green cards; family petitions and adjustment of status; naturalization; and long-term immigration planning and strategy. As someone who has personally walked the immigration path, Maybelle understands the uncertainty, hope, and meaning behind every petition and application.
