I worked with Matt for seven years and saw firsthand how he treated clients, coworkers, and people in general. He always went out of his way to be kind. The review left for him previously is simply untrue. I was working for Matt when this person called. She was irrational and rude. She wanted re...cords from a file that was archived off-site, and she wanted them immediately. It was not possible, and she took it out on him via negative reviews.

If I was able to give a zero star rating, I would rate as such! I called, all upset and crying, to get a copy of my title policy and explained to the lady that I can not close on my house because I need that copy and me and my son with all of the animals are literally sleeping on the floor. So she tr...ansferred me to the lawyer named Matt that was familiar with the case. Matt was extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional towards me and my request. He proceeded to tell me a story that he totally got wrong, and tried to claim it was his first time hearing about this. Originally, my lawyer, the paralegals, both real estate agents, along with their secretarys, kept calling the office and emailing him in order to get the policy matter resolved for closing on the agreed upon closing date. Leading up to the closing date, he ignored all phone calls and emails from all parties. So back to my conversation with Matt on the actual closing day, he continues to tell me that the policy is in the storage and it can take up to several weeks to provide. He then told me to have my lawyer call him directly so I said "OK, no problem, let me confirm your name", he then got got extremely nasty saying "you called me, where are you calling?" He continuously talked over me, eventually I ended the phone call and mentioned I would be leaving a review about his service. For the next several days I continued to make calls which were never answered or responded to. Additionally my lawyer and realestate agents kept sending emails and making phone calls which were also ignored. It had got to the point where my lawyer physically showed up at his office at 9 AM with the Matt giving his same sob story that this was the first time he was hearing of this matter and the paperwork/policy are in their storage. I was able to close on my house due to a new title policy being done and thank God I was finally moving. After I moved I called the office back and Matt again was nasty telling me he's going to charge me for him having to go to the storage, meantime don't forget he was already paid when I originally purchased my house. I asked him what is the status it's been a week and he told me nothing he's going to send me invoice so I said sure no problem. I still have yet to see this invoice. Matt continues to talk over me rude, nasty, unprofessional and egostatistically. I extremely and strongly advise you not use this company, or you will be stuck in a similar situation like me and the buyers of my home we're in. Instead of the company name being "Wronko" it should be named GoWrong!!!
