Though I primarily focus my practice on Real Estate closings, I have much experience with foreclosure altermatives, such as loan modifications and short sales. I can guide you through process so that you know what to expect and what needs to be done, whether you are involved in a short sale transaction or purchasing a multi-family dwelling, or even your very first home!
My career began with the practice of Personal Injury law. If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident or a slip and fall, you should consult an attorney as soon as possible to make sure the proper notice is given and you do not lose your right to pursue a claim. As your attorney I will work for you so you can focus on getting better; I will help you make sure your medical bills are processed correctly and prepare your case for trial, while pursuing settlement negotiations at the same time.
